Story
I am taking part in the London Triathlon sprint event, where I will be raising money for the Rowans Hospice, who looked after Tony towards the end of his battle with cancer. Please sponsor me and help keep the Rowans going so that others can get the help that Tony got from them. The Rowans needs over £4m in donations a year to stay open, so even though what we will raise here is only a small contribution, it will help them in the long run. Thanks, ChrisUpdates
